Binding Problems!

Sitting on the couch has it's benefits. I'm comfortable, my feet are stretched out and I'm relaxed... until i figure out that i've got binding problems in the main mast. THIS SUCKS!

i already had the problem of setting up the cyclic control arms upside down, and rebuilt that... now it seems that the arms are binding... somewhere.

so far i've taken both arms off, swash plate, blade grips, bearings. every moving part has been re-lubricated , and re-assembled... and it still binds. this is all highly annoying.

next up, i'm taking the whole main shaft assembly removed from the heli... again... and check the collective slider.
